Terms and Conditions (last updated: 1 October 2026)
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders placed in our online shop rocketfuelendurance.com. Your contract partner is:

A consumer is any natural person who places an order for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Where these terms distinguish between consumers and businesses, the consumer rules apply to you as a private customer. Different terms of a customer do not apply.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. You place a binding order by going through the checkout and clicking the button "Pay now" (or "Order with obligation to pay"). Before that you can check all details and correct input errors at any time using the usual keyboard and mouse functions or the "back" links. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after it is placed. This order confirmation is also our acceptance, and the contract is concluded with it.
The contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text. You receive the order details and these terms by email with the order confirmation; if you have a customer account, you can also view past orders there.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT of the delivery country where applicable. Shipping costs are added and are shown in the shop and in the checkout before you order. For deliveries outside the EU (for example Switzerland, Norway, the UK, Israel, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates), import duties, local taxes and customs or carrier handling fees may arise; these are set by the destination country and are paid by you (see our Shipping policy).
4. Payment
You can pay with the methods shown in the checkout (for example credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). The amount is charged when you place the order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping policy. Delivery times stated there are the usual times from dispatch. If a product is unavailable through no fault of ours, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.
If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you only when the goods are handed over to you. If you are a business, the risk passes when we hand the goods to the carrier.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, including the exceptions for sealed goods that have been opened, are in our Withdrawal and returns policy. You can also withdraw using the button "Withdraw from contract" on our website.
8. Warranty (legal guarantee)
The statutory warranty rights apply. As a consumer you are entitled to the legal guarantee for defects that exist at delivery (in the EU at least two years from delivery). Please check the best-before date printed on each gel. Please tell us about transport damage as soon as possible so we can claim against the carrier; this does not affect your legal rights.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and where we have given a guarantee. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely), and then limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded. These limits also apply to our staff and agents.
10. Promotions, discount codes and the Trial Pack
Discount codes and promotions are valid only within their stated period and conditions, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and cannot be paid out in cash. The Trial Pack is a new-customer offer and is limited to one per customer and household; we may cancel and refund additional Trial Pack orders by the same customer.
11. Product information and use
Our gels are food for athletes. Please follow the information on the packaging and product pages (ingredients, allergens, caffeine content, recommended intake). Products containing caffeine are not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
12. Reviews and content you send us
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a free, non-exclusive right to publish it on our website and social media channels in connection with our products. You confirm that you hold the rights to it and that it is truthful. We publish positive and negative reviews alike and do not edit their content.
13. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
14. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please write to info@rocketfuelendurance.com and we will look for a solution with you.
15. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the terms remain valid. The version of these terms in force when you place your order applies to that order.
