All orders are shipped with tracking from our warehouse in Germany.

We currently deliver to the following countries. For European destinations listed below, we offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders over €70:

For all other countries, shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout. We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, United States of America.

Delivery times vary by country. Orders are processed and dispatched once available. For pre-orders, the first batch of RocketFuel energy gels is expected to ship in February 2026. Please note that delays can occur, but we will keep you updated if timelines change.

Duties and taxes: within the EU, there are no additional customs fees or taxes, as VAT is already included in your purchase price. Outside the EU, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means import duties, VAT, and handling fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or fees, RocketFuel will refund the product cost only, minus shipping and any carrier charges incurred.
