Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to your delivery country and the total weight of your order.

Depending on the destination, available carriers may include DHL, DPD or UPS. Every shipment includes tracking. The available delivery options and final shipping cost are displayed before you complete your order.

Processing & delivery times

Orders placed before 2:30 p.m. CET on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Germany: usually 2–3 business days
Europe: usually 3–8 business days
Island destinations: please allow approximately 2–3 additional business days

Delivery times are estimates and vary depending on the destination and selected carrier. They may also be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or customs clearance.

Duties, taxes & import fees

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs-clearance charges and carrier handling fees may apply upon or before delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected or covered by RocketFuel. We recommend checking the applicable import rules with your local customs authority before ordering.
