Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. This also applies to pre-orders (the 14 days begin once you receive your order).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and with the safety seal intact. For health and hygiene reasons, opened energy gels cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return, contact us at info@rocketfuelendurance.com. Do not send anything back before contacting us. We will provide you with the correct warehouse return address in Germany. Please note, items returned to our Cyprus address will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under EU law (see below).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@rocketfuelendurance.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The product must be unopened, in original packaging, with the safety seal intact.

In this case, RocketFuel will also refund the original shipping cost for the cheapest standard delivery option offered at checkout, as required by law. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@rocketfuelendurance.com.

If a shipment is refused outside the EU because duties, taxes, or import fees were not paid, the refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost and any carrier fees incurred. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order outside the EU.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including your two-year legal guarantee for faulty products.

Right to Cancel

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (RocketFuel Endurance Ltd, Email: info@rocketfuelendurance.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive delivery than our standard option). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed about your decision to cancel.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 days have expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The right to cancel ceases to be available in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
