Withdrawing from your order
As a consumer you can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The quickest way: use our "Withdraw from contract" form (linked at the bottom of every page), or send us an email. Please do not send anything back before you have contacted us: we will give you the return address of our warehouse in Germany. Parcels sent to our office in Cyprus cannot be accepted.
Opened gels
For health and hygiene reasons, energy gels whose seal has been opened after delivery cannot be returned (see the exception below). Unopened gels in their original packaging can be returned.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order on arrival and email us at info@rocketfuelendurance.com with a photo if anything is damaged, defective or wrong. We will replace it or refund you. In these cases we cover the return costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items directly. Simply withdraw from your order (if possible) and place a new one.
Refunds
We refund all payments including the standard delivery costs no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you sent them, whichever comes first. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the credit.
Orders outside the EU
If a parcel to a country outside the EU is refused because import duties, taxes or fees were not paid, we refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and the return and handling fees the carrier charges us.
Information on the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can also use the withdrawal function ("Withdraw from contract") on our website: rocketfuelendurance.com/pages/widerruf-formular. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Please contact us first; we will tell you the return address of our warehouse in Germany.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
