Really positive experience with these gels during both training and races. Very easy to digest, no stomach issues at all, and the packaging is extremely practical to use while moving. I especially appreciated the easy-open tab that stays attached and the texture of the sachet, which makes the gel easy to consume on the go. Great option for endurance training and triathlon!

Ich habe das Gel getestet und bin absolut begeistert. Es ist extrem gut verträglich und schlägt nicht auf den Magen. Besonders angenehm finde ich, dass es nicht zu süß schmeckt! Durch die tolle, recht flüssige Konsistenz ist es unterwegs sehr gut konsumierbar, ohne dass man ewig kauen oder direkt Unmengen an Wasser nachtrinken muss.
Auch das Drumherum stimmt einfach: Die Verpackung ist sehr praktisch und lässt sich leicht handhaben, und obendrein sieht das Design richtig cool aus.
Gute Konsistenz, leckerer Geschmack, der auch nicht tzu aufdringlich ist. Leicht zu öffnende Tube, auch auf dem Rad gut handlebar. Bisher nur Train getestet, ich bin gespannt auf die anderen Gels

really enjoyed using the TRAIN (Berry) gel during my run. The berry flavour was refreshing and not too sweet, the texture was smooth, and it was very easy to consume while running. It sat well on my stomach and provided consistent energy throughout the session. Overall, it’s a product I would definitely use again and recommend to other endurance athletes.

En revanche, deux défauts majeurs sont aujourd’hui un vrai frein à ma recommandation, et c’est vraiment dommage :
* Le format : le sachet est trop long, ce qui complique son transport pendant un marathon, surtout lorsqu’on doit en emporter plusieurs.
* La texture trop liquide : il est quasiment impossible de le consommer sans s’en mettre sur les doigts.
C’est dommage, car sur le plan nutritionnel, le produit est excellent.
Bonjour Jamel, oui, je comprends votre point de vue. On en avait déjà parlé par email, surtout par rapport au transport dans une ceinture de running. Le format peut effectivement dépendre beaucoup du type de ceinture ou de poche utilisée. Nos gels ne sont pas particulièrement grands par rapport à beaucoup de gels avec 40 g de glucides, mais ils sont forcément plus longs que certains formats très compacts. Donc je comprends que, dans votre cas précis, cela puisse être moins pratique si la ceinture est assez étroite ou si vous devez en emporter plusieurs.
Pour la texture, c’est un choix assez volontaire. On voulait un gel légèrement fluide, mais pas aqueux, qui puisse être avalé facilement pendant l’effort, surtout quand la respiration est forte. Si on faisait un gel beaucoup plus épais ou plus compact, il faudrait généralement réduire l’eau ou modifier la formule, ce qui changerait aussi la sensation en bouche, la facilité à le prendre et potentiellement la tolérance. L’objectif n’est pas que le gel coule partout, mais qu’il sorte facilement du sachet et qu’il ne donne pas l’impression de devoir être mâché ou forcé.
Pour les doigts collants, je comprends aussi la remarque. En pratique, de petits détails peuvent faire une grande différence avec ce type de packaging. Le plus simple est de tenir le sachet plutôt par le haut, d’ouvrir la languette sans exercer trop de pression sur le gel, puis de le vider avec une pression contrôlée. La languette reste attachée au sachet, donc il n’y a pas de morceau de plastique séparé à gérer, et avec la texture plus fluide, il reste généralement assez peu de produit dans l’emballage. Ce n’est évidemment jamais totalement impossible d’en mettre sur les doigts, surtout en course ou avec la fatigue, mais l’objectif du format est justement de rendre l’ouverture, la prise et le rangement du sachet vide aussi simples que possible. Votre retour est noté, et je préfère avoir ce genre de feedback honnête plutôt que de passer à côté d’un vrai problème d’usage.
