Cancellation policy

Subscription terms and cancellation (last updated: 5 October 2026)

These terms apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions when you order with the Subscribe switch ("Subscribe" / "Abo") switched on.

1. How the subscription works

With the switch on, your whole cart becomes a subscription. You choose a delivery interval of 4, 6, 8 or 10 weeks. By placing the order you conclude a contract for recurring deliveries of the products in your order at that interval until you cancel. The first delivery ships like a normal order; each following delivery is created automatically at the end of the interval and charged to the payment method you used at checkout. The subscription is currently available for deliveries to Germany and the other EU countries.

2. Prices and shipping

Subscription prices are 5% below the regular one-time price. The usual box discounts (5% from 2 boxes, 10% from 3 boxes of the same product) apply on top, so you save 5% on 1 box, 9.75% on 2 boxes and 14.5% from 3 boxes of a product. Subscription deliveries ship free in Germany from 2 boxes and in the other EU countries from 3 boxes; otherwise the shipping costs shown at checkout apply. The price and shipping cost of each delivery are shown in the checkout and in your customer account. If prices change, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.

"Mix 4, pay 3" (the bundle builder) and other discount codes are for one-time orders and do not apply to subscriptions.

3. Skipping, pausing and changes

You can skip or pause deliveries in your customer account or by emailing info@rocketfuelendurance.com before the next delivery is charged. Write to us if you want to change the interval, the products or the delivery address. If a product is out of stock when a delivery is due, we skip that product, ship the rest as normal and only charge you for what we ship. If a product in your subscription changes (for example its packaging), we will tell you before the next delivery.

4. Term and cancellation

There is no minimum term. You can cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without any fee. A cancellation applies to all deliveries that have not yet been charged. You can cancel:

We confirm every cancellation immediately by email, with the date and time it was received and the date it takes effect.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal for your subscription. For a contract for the regular delivery of goods, the 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the first delivery.
