Ingredients
TRAIN gels: Water, Maltodextrin, Fructose, Isomaltulose, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Natural Flavour, Sodium Citrate.
RACE gels: Water, Fructose, Maltodextrin, Cyclic Dextrin, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Natural Flavour, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Citrate, Tricalcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate.
RACE+ gels: RACE formula with added Taurine, Caffeine, and L-Theanine.

Suggested use
Ideal for all efforts, with TRAIN supporting 60–90 g carbs per hour in low to moderate sessions and RACE/RACE+ delivering 90–120+ g carbs per hour for high-intensity performance.
Consume 1 sachet every 20–45 minutes before or during activity, always with water. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
RACE+ only: High caffeine content (100 mg/70 ml). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
